The first three words of the Torah are "beresheit bara Elohim" — “In the beginning, God created.” God’s first act is one of creativity.  If God is a creator, and we are created in God’s image, then we too are meant to be creators.

As a rabbi, I hope to create a community where everyone can feel a sense of belonging and connection. I am constantly seeking ways to combine spiritual and intellectual creativity with prayer, study,  conversation, social justice, and acts of service.
